We are a small but highly specialised firm that gives advice ONLY in relation to international legal, tax, property, property investment and property development issues.

John Howell, the principal of the firm, has been dealing with this sort of work for over 30 years.

Our History

Lawyer

John Howell's training and experience is as an English lawyer (solicitor) but, since 1985, he has specialised in dealing with transactions with an iınternational component.

From 2006 to 2009 he was the senior partner in The İnternational Law Partnership LLP - an English law firm which dealt only with international cases.

During this time he has dealt with many thousands of individual transactions.

In 2009 he ceased to practice as an English lawyer in order to provide a fuller range of international legal and property consultancy services.

John Howell has written many books on the subject of international law and international legal issues - including:

• Two volumes of the prestigious legal text book, 'Butterworths ® Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents'
• The Cadogan ® Guide to Starting a Business in France
• The Sunday Times ® Guides to Buying Property in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, Eastern Europe and the United States
• The MoneyCorp ® 'Don't Jump In!' guıde to investing in property abroad

He also writes extensively for both the professional and the general press and onlıne.

John also speaks regularly at seminars (for both professionals and the general public) as an expert in his field.

In 2009 and 2010 he spoke at events all over the UK, in İreland, in France, in Russia and in the US.
